BINS A WHILE — STORAGE BIN RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between BinsAWhile ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") identified in the booking.
1. Rental Items
Customer is renting clean plastic storage bins (the "Bins") for temporary use.
2. Rental Period
The rental begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date (or when the Bins are returned to Company).
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to use the Bins only for lawful purposes. Customer is responsible for the care of the Bins while in their possession. Customer must not permanently alter, paint, or damage the Bins. Customer agrees to have the Bins ready and accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.
4. Damage, Loss & Theft
Customer is responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged Bins beyond normal wear and tear. Company reserves the right to charge the reasonable replacement cost for any Bins that are not returned in acceptable condition.
5. Contents
Company is not responsible for the contents placed inside the Bins. Customer is solely responsible for their belongings.
6. Delivery & Pickup
Company will deliver and pick up the Bins at the address provided by Customer. Customer must ensure reasonable access for delivery and pickup.
7. Payment
All rental fees and any purchased packing supplies are due at the time of booking.
8. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Bins.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
By completing the booking and checking the acceptance box, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Rental Agreement.
