Questions, answered
How long is the rental period?+
Every package includes a two-week rental. Need more time? Let us know before your pickup date and we'll extend it for a small weekly fee.
What size are the bins?+
Our standard bins are 27-gallon, heavy-duty plastic totes with snap-on lids — similar footprint to a large moving box, but far sturdier and reusable.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?+
Not necessarily. Let us know a safe drop-off spot (garage, porch, side yard) and we'll leave the bins there. Same goes for pickup — just have them out, empty, and stacked.
What if a bin gets lost or damaged?+
Normal wear and tear is expected. If a bin goes missing or is damaged beyond use, we charge a reasonable replacement fee — details are in the Rental Agreement you'll review at checkout.
Can I add more bins after I book?+
Yes — just reply to your confirmation text or email and we'll add them to your order, delivered on your existing schedule when possible.
